Hope After Hurricane Helene
Multiple local and national organizations have made donations to assist with Hurricane Helene recovery efforts. Businesses and nonprofits alike have been offering financial assistance. Honda, Walmart, Home Depot, Comcast and Duke Energy are among the benefactors. Walmart has pledged $6 million, and provided donations of food and water. It will also match any customer donations to the American Red Cross, up to a total of $2.5 million, when donated through Walmart.com or in store. The Home Depot Foundation is adding up to $2 million to the cause and, as well as a $500,000 donation, Comcast NBCUniversal is offering $500,000 in advertising time for public service announcements in affected states, including Florida.

There are expected to be more than 3.5 million job vacancies in cyber security by 2025.
