Ready Stays helped us during one of our greatest times of need after being displaced by hurricane Milton. Stephanie was our initial line of communication to help us find a temporary home. She was kind, helpful, and efficient. The unit we stayed in was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The location provided several amenities. Whenever I needed assistance with anything (i.e. locating a package, unit maintenance), they were available to text and got back to me immediately. I had an absolutely!!!! wonderful experience with Ready Stays furnished housing. I experienced extensive damage to my home due to water damage and had to move out of my home for six months and Ready Stays became my "knight in shining armour". They provided me with a beautiful home completely furnished which certainly helped to relieve the immense amount of stress I was under. Everyone on the staff was so kind and accomodating from day one. I received many calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire six months making sure that all of my needs were met. I will never be able to thank Ready Stays enough for "all" that was done for me during such a difficult and unexpected event in my life.

We were looking for a short term rental in a safe location for our daughter while she was doing a summer internship in Tampa. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tyler and his team went the extra mile to make this a wonderful experience. The apartment was quite spacious, well furnished, clean and quiet. The private underground tenant parking provided together with secure access to the property made us feel safe.The amenities included a large beautiful swimming pool overlooking the bay, private lounge area for several people to chill and relax, new laundry facilities. The location is very close to several of the best restaurants and shopping is just a few minutes drive away. Looking forward to our next stay.

We are a family of three and we just finished a wonderful 8 month stay in a Ready Stays furnished apartment in Brookview (Citrus Park)
To give a little background - we moved in August 2023 from India (relocated for work) and went straight from the airport to the apartment that we had leased remotely.
It was one of the best decisions we made to start our stay in Tampa in a Ready Stays furnished apartment. From the ease of working with Tyler to set up the lease - to the thoughtful touches like leaving essential cleaning supplies so that we would not have any issues in our first days here while we stocked up - everything about the experience was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend that folks moving into Tampa especially from overseas consider a Ready Stays furnished apartment to get started.
Throughout our stay all service requests were attended to in a timely manner and the customer service was always first class.

I highly recommend Ready Stays. Tyler Graves who helped us secure the apartment at Grady Square was extremely helpful and professional. The Grady Square Apartments are a fantastic complex: We had three people working in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was more than enough space. The terraces was an unexpeted bonus.Another bonus was the Conference Room and business center that included a printer, copier and scanner. Other amenities the building offered were fantastic: pool and hot tub, a very nice gym and free coffee. The staff took phenomenal care of the building, cleaning it thoroughly daily.
I look forward to returning in the future.

I had the opportunity to stay at one of Ready Stays furnished apartments this summer for my internship. I was impressed from the moment I started speaking with the team on relocating to Tampa, everyone was so helpful in guiding me in the right direction to find me the perfect location and place to stay. I did not visit Tampa or the complex prior to moving there, and the team eased all my concerns.

The complex I was able to stay in had every amenity possible, and the Ready Stays team made sure to find me a place I was looking for that offered everything I needed/wanted. The check-in and out process was effortless and organized. Maintenance request were handled timely, and the Ready Stays team followed-up on any quest.

I needed a place to live short - term and furnished and Ready Stays was there like champs. Other corporate-type housing was expensive and terms weren't as flexible. I was able to get a fully furnished, all utilities covered apartment and easy and friendly people to deal with. I would recommend and stay again for sure.

Stayed 3 mo at Novus Westshore. Tyler and Amber were great. Very responsive. Fixed the invoices to meet specs demanded by my employer. Reimbursed me quickly when my car was towed by accident. Quick to provide passwords when streaming apps locked. Also sent maintenance next day to provide pest traps out when I saw a roach. Didn't spot another bug the rest of my stay. Property was clean nice furnishings. 5min from Airport, International Mall. Tons of dining options 10 min or less. If you bicycle, 10 min ride to Cypress Point, where you can hop on Causeway Trail.

Tyler is the greatest. Normally I don’t enjoy shopping for a living situation but Tyler elevated my experience and made it the most enjoyable business transaction I’ve ever dealt with.

Ready Stay Furnished Housing & Tyler were flawless to work with! They made the experience of finding, renting and staying in temporary housing in Tampa Bay so easy! I never thought this service was possible! I highly recommend this company! I cannot wait to work with Ready Stays again!

I had a super tight deadline of a move in within 3 days! Tyler worked diligently & creatively came up with solutions that would accommodate me within my timeframe. All calls & emails were returned in a timely manner which was very much appreciated. If I need this service in the future, Tyler will be my go to for sure!

We needed a temporary place in a hurry! Tyler with Ready Stays was so helpful! He made the process of reserving and moving in extremely easy!! The location was awesome and we enjoyed our time there. We will definitely use Ready Stays if we ever need a short term rental again!
