Ready Stays Maintenance Emergencies

The following issues are considered emergencies and should be reported for emergency services to the Ready Stays team:

Water & Plumbing

Flooding/major leaks (from appliances, plumbing, or roof)
Burst pipes
Sewer backup or overflowing toilet (if there’s only one bathroom)
No running water in the apartment
Hot water not working at all

Electrical

Power outage in the apartment (if not caused by the utility company)
Burning smell
from outlets or electrical panels
Exposed wiring or sparking outlets

Heating & Cooling

No heat during cooler temperatures (temperature must be below 60° F)
No air conditioning during warmer temperatures (temperature must be above 80° F)
Non-functioning thermostat when affecting overall temperature control

Security & Safety

Broken entry door lock or inability to secure the rental
Broken window or exterior door that compromises safety or allows weather inside
Elevator malfunction (if trapped, call emergency button or 911)
Non-functioning smoke or carbon monoxide detectors

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lantower with Ready Stays. The apartment was clean and comfortable in a perfect location close to the airport , shopping and many fabulous restaurants. We enjoyed the two story gym and the pool. The staff at Ready Stays is professional and responsive to all questions. Another 5 stars for communication.

Sad to be parting company (although temporarily) with Ready Stays the worlds best organization and business geared for traveling professionals who need modern, affordable high-quality, safe and very comfortable living situations for their traveling assignmentd..

After a miserable start with a another entity I found my way to Ready Stays about two months into my now almost 2 year gig in Tampa. The entire team was helpful from the onset as well as very very friendly very accessible and completely responsive to any need or any question I had.

Although I have a three month hiatus in my traveling professional work as I head onto my next journey in February there is no other organization and company that I will do business with other than Ready Stays, they are simply the best and unmatched in customer service and the quality of the units that they offer.

First of all God gets the glory my insurance agent found a close in my renters insurance that allowed me to proceed the insurance adjuster granted ale permission to find me a place than ale got a hold of Wanda and ready stay and Wanda was right on it in 2 weeks I had a very nice almost new apartment with almost new and some things were brand new furnishings everything you needed from silverware to a bed and TV everyone was great

I had an absolutely wonderful stay with Ready Stays. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-decorated the space was—every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything the neighborhood had to offer.

Perfect Stay — 5 Minutes from Tampa Airport!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay here! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen and the peaceful atmosphere.

One of the best parts? The location! It’s only 5 minutes from Tampa International Airport, which made traveling so easy and stress-free. Plus, it’s close to all the top spots in Tampa — beaches, restaurants, shopping, and more — yet still peaceful and quiet.

The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. I felt safe, relaxed, and honestly didn’t want to leave!

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tampa. Whether you’re here for a quick trip or a longer stay, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ready Stays helped us during one of our greatest times of need after being displaced by hurricane Milton. Stephanie was our initial line of communication to help us find a temporary home. She was kind, helpful, and efficient. The unit we stayed in was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The location provided several amenities. Whenever I needed assistance with anything (i.e. locating a package, unit maintenance), they were available to text and got back to me immediately. We were looking for a short term rental in a safe location for our daughter while she was doing a summer internship in Tampa. After contacting multiple places and companies we stumbled upon Ready Stay. All the staff at Ready Stay was accommodating from start to finish. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tyler and his team went the extra mile to make this a wonderful experience. The apartment was quite spacious, well furnished, clean and quiet. The private underground tenant parking provided together with secure access to the property made us feel safe.The amenities included a large beautiful swimming pool overlooking the bay, private lounge area for several people to chill and relax, new laundry facilities. The location is very close to several of the best restaurants and shopping is just a few minutes drive away. Looking forward to our next stay.

We are a family of three and we just finished a wonderful 8 month stay in a Ready Stays furnished apartment in Brookview (Citrus Park)
To give a little background - we moved in August 2023 from India (relocated for work) and went straight from the airport to the apartment that we had leased remotely.
It was one of the best decisions we made to start our stay in Tampa in a Ready Stays furnished apartment. From the ease of working with Tyler to set up the lease - to the thoughtful touches like leaving essential cleaning supplies so that we would not have any issues in our first days here while we stocked up - everything about the experience was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend that folks moving into Tampa especially from overseas consider a Ready Stays furnished apartment to get started.
Throughout our stay all service requests were attended to in a timely manner and the customer service was always first class.

I highly recommend Ready Stays. Tyler Graves who helped us secure the apartment at Grady Square was extremely helpful and professional. The Grady Square Apartments are a fantastic complex: We had three people working in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was more than enough space. The terraces was an unexpeted bonus.Another bonus was the Conference Room and business center that included a printer, copier and scanner. Other amenities the building offered were fantastic: pool and hot tub, a very nice gym and free coffee. The staff took phenomenal care of the building, cleaning it thoroughly daily.
I look forward to returning in the future.
