It’s important to note that Ready Stays is not a broker. We’re the tenant entity on the lease, paying reliably on the first day of the month, handling the entire process for as long as the client needs a place to live. We share all background screening and personal contact information of our clientele with you, so you’ll know exactly who’s living in your property.

Our Guarantee
We ensure your property remains in its original condition upon your return. Ready Stays, as the leaseholder, takes full responsibility for any damages and covers all associated costs without involving the occupants.
We handle guest relationships and the entire guest experience, sparing property owners or managers from dealing with emotional occupants, payment issues, or other obstacles. We also manage maintenance requests and provide additional items as needed, serving as the occupants’ point of contact for a streamlined process.
Transparent Communication so You’re Always Kept in the Loop
In most cases, we’ll apply a minimum stay commitment, followed by a month-to-month extension option. We’ll make sure you’re always informed 30 days in advance of the confirmed move-out date, and we always pay through the 30 days, giving you more than enough time to re-market your property and secure new occupants after our departure.
