I had an absolutely!!!! wonderful experience with Ready Stays furnished housing. I experienced extensive damage to my home due to water damage and had to move out of my home for six months and Ready Stays became my "knight in shining armour". They provided me with a beautiful home completely furnished which certainly helped to relieve the immense amount of stress I was under. Everyone on the staff was so kind and accomodating from day one. I received many calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire six months making sure that all of my needs were met. I will never be able to thank Ready Stays enough for "all" that was done for me during such a difficult and unexpected event in my life.

We were looking for a short term rental in a safe location for our daughter while she was doing a summer internship in Tampa. After contacting multiple places and companies we stumbled upon Ready Stay. All the staff at Ready Stay was accommodating from start to finish. Tyler would answer my emails and phone calls with in a few minutes. He showed us around multiple properties and was very informative.If you are looking for a short term rental and need help Ready Stay is the company to use.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tyler and his team went the extra mile to make this a wonderful experience. The apartment was quite spacious, well furnished, clean and quiet. The private underground tenant parking provided together with secure access to the property made us feel safe.The amenities included a large beautiful swimming pool overlooking the bay, private lounge area for several people to chill and relax, new laundry facilities. The location is very close to several of the best restaurants and shopping is just a few minutes drive away. Looking forward to our next stay.

Apt was clean, supplied adequately and worked well for our needs. Pool was cold that first week in April!! Hot tub nicely tucked in and enjoyable! May return next year.

We are a family of three and we just finished a wonderful 8 month stay in a Ready Stays furnished apartment in Brookview (Citrus Park)To give a little background - we moved in August 2023 from India (relocated for work) and went straight from the airport to the apartment that we had leased remotely.It was one of the best decisions we made to start our stay in Tampa in a Ready Stays furnished apartment. From the ease of working with Tyler to set up the lease - to the thoughtful touches like leaving essential cleaning supplies so that we would not have any issues in our first days here while we stocked up - everything about the experience was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend that folks moving into Tampa especially from overseas consider a Ready Stays furnished apartment to get started.Throughout our stay all service requests were attended to in a timely manner and the customer service was always first class.Thank you Ready Stays for ensuring that our stay in Tampa got off to such a wonderful start.

I highly recommend Ready Stays. Tyler Graves who helped us secure the apartment at Grady Square was extremely helpful and professional. The Grady Square Apartments are a fantastic complex: We had three people working in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was more than enough space. The terraces was an unexpeted bonus.Another bonus was the Conference Room and business center that included a printer, copier and scanner. Other amenities the building offered were fantastic: pool and hot tub, a very nice gym and free coffee. The staff took phenomenal care of the building, cleaning it thoroughly daily.I look forward to returning in the future.

Highly recommended! We moved out of our house, and needed fully furnished apartment until we moved into our new home. Everything about Ready Stays was seamless and customer service was spot on. Our apartment was nicely furnished and we had everything we needed to live for five weeks!

Love the staff at Ready Stays. They are always willing to help you find the best fit for your family or work crew. We stayed 5-1/2 months in one of their condos. Beautiful area. I just finished up a 2 month rental with Ready Stays and if could give higher than 5 stars I would. The team is amazing and truly accommodating (since I was supposed to leave the day when Hurricane Idalia arrived)!! Communication with Tyler and the team was top tier throughout the entire stay.

I had the opportunity to stay at one of Ready Stays furnished apartments this summer for my internship. I was impressed from the moment I started speaking with the team on relocating to Tampa, everyone was so helpful in guiding me in the right direction to find me the perfect location and place to stay. I did not visit Tampa or the complex prior to moving there, and the team eased all my concerns.The complex I was able to stay in had every amenity possible, and the Ready Stays team made sure to find me a place I was looking for that offered everything I needed/wanted. The check-in and out process was effortless and organized. I needed a place to live short - term and furnished and Ready Stays was there like champs. Other corporate-type housing was expensive and terms weren't as flexible. I was able to get a fully furnished, all utilities covered apartment and easy and friendly people to deal with. I would recommend and stay again for sure.

Stayed 3 mo at Novus Westshore. Tyler and Amber were great. Very responsive. Fixed the invoices to meet specs demanded by my employer. Reimbursed me quickly when my car was towed by accident. Quick to provide passwords when streaming apps locked. Also sent maintenance next day to provide pest traps out when I saw a roach. Didn't spot another bug the rest of my stay. Property was clean nice furnishings. 5min from Airport, International Mall. Tons of dining options 10 min or less. If you bicycle, 10 min ride to Cypress Point, where you can hop on Causeway Trail.

I had a super tight deadline of a move in within 3 days! Tyler worked diligently & creatively came up with solutions that would accommodate me within my timeframe. Working with Tyler and the team was great! Easy paperwork, they called me the day of arrival to make sure I knew what to do, were always available and quick to respond, and replaced the broken TV in our unit in less than 24 hours. Cannot recommend these folks enough if you need a place to stay in Tampa!
