Complimentary valet parking will also be on offer.
A resource for entrepreneurs has been launched at the University of Tampa by its Lowth Entrepreneurship Center. The Startup Studio aims to provide a series of sessions for practicing and emerging entrepreneurs, and will focus on helping individuals with personal growth, and developing their skills. The first session, on October 7, will be led by Canadian educator and entrepreneur Alex Bruton, and is titled “Ideation: Exploration and Concept Formation”. Sessions cost $325 each, or $125 for students, educators and members of the military.
Tampa investor Jay Roberts, with his real estate investment and development firm the Prosper Group, will lead on a project that will see 40 high-end houses built in one of the city’s suburbs. The $17 million project is the first deal Prosper has announced, and will eventually see houses worth a starting rate of $575,000 on offer. Work will be split into two phases, with the first phase expected to be finished in late 2023, and the second in early 2024.
